Please note that for the whole month of September, we accept all days registration changes, following the timetable changes. You can then register now your child, even if you don't know yet which days he/she will have lunch. From October, all changes will be taken into account only from the beginning of November.

On Wednesday, if your child go to a garderie, do not register with the canteen on the online site. You are already paying for the lunch in the garderie package, even if he/she is going to an extracurriculum activity in the afternoon. If your child takes the bus home, there is no time for th lunch, so do not register either.

On Friday, if your child is in P3 to S7, you just have to chose "continue with school". If your child is in kintergarden or P1 or P2, we need to know what he/she is going to do after lunch. Lunch is not included in the garderie package that day.

If you want to establish a direct debit for the payment, please send back this document:

 - one mandate per child

- the original handsigned documents sent by Post (legally we cannot accept the scanned copies).


New registrations are accepted anytime.

Any registration change request should be made by the online system.

Changes are for fixed days and specific terms.

From October 1st 2017, change requests are taken into account from the 1st day of the following month.

We remind you that any registration change involving a tariff modification will result in an administrative fee of €15. Please consult the APEEE refund policy.
